As far as response time goes, you are correct for the existing
(currently circulating) 300 series modules. I'm not sure if that
statement is correct for a freshly minted one. I suspect a new
Borg 300 would have the same vactrols as the ones found in
the 1200 series. This will have to be addressed by Grant for the
correct answer though.
