stereo control using the JAG, take your joystick outputs to the XY inputs, then use whatever JAG outputs you like and feed them to the control voltage inputs of two VCAs. Feed your audio source to be stereoized to both VCA inputs. It may be useful to have VCAs with bias/offset (initial gain) and CV attenuators to adjust the levels to your liking.

sorry if i wasn`t clear -

the effect sought after *was not* stereo "panning" via vca`s, that one i understand - it was a "stereo-ized" (sort of) "effect" to be applied to a single signal to create a sort of lopsided psuedo-stereo effect at the selected output`s of the j.a.g..
