Does anyone have any information regarding Raymond Scott (Harry Warnow) ,the brother of a Joseph Schillinger student Mark Warnow, and his use of Schillinger techniques in development the Electronium?
Mr Scott's wife talks about Raymond carrying the Schillinger Books around with him all the time. This is interesting because of the plans Schillinger himself had to build such a machine.

Going full circle, back to Raymond Scott, his recording 'Soothing Sounds for Baby' (Basta Music, 1997), was composed on his Electronium & Clavivox instruments. The sounds were intended to be played to babies in varying states, eg. distress, play, feeding & bed-time.
Personally, i'd like one of Raymond's 'electronic sound producing ashtrays'!
