I have to say, I do like buying direct from Emu. I recently bought the ZR76 rom, and execpt for the pianos, I hated it. I called them up and explained, and they said, no problem to return. I thought it would be a hassle. Since I ended up getting the mp7 rom instead, they didn't even charge me a restocking fee. How nice to deal with a reasonable music company, just try that with Roland or Yamamha! I noticed right off that Emu does not take Discover Card. Many stores offer free shippng and sometimes interest free payment terms. But I agree, I like Emu and prefer to buy direct from them if possible. It is a company I want to help, as long as it does not cost me extra. :-) > > Robert
