MSB and LSB are actually Most and Least Significant BYTE, I believe.

One of them is CC #0, the other is CC#32. I forget which is which, 
but I believe MSB is 0 and LSB is 32. Incidentally, CC's 32-63 just 
repeat CC's 0-31 in the standard MIDI spec, so synths with better 
than 7-bit (0-127) resolution can use the higher CC's for "fine 
control": CC#39 will give you finer increments of volume, #42 finer 
increments of pan, and so forth. Using both bytes gets you up to 
16,384 values (128 MSB x 128 LSB), much better than standard MIDI, 
but I don't think many synths take advantage of this.

As for ROM banks, I couldn't tell you offhand, but I know the info is
