It would really improve the usability of XL-xx grid mode if the gate percentage could be set > 100% (E.G. for tie-ing the note to the next). I trigger drum samples on an external sampler and this would save me hours every week. As at the moment I have to go into step edit, find the note and tweak there. PLUS, think about the ease of editing/creating bass lines etc. in grid method with gate duration's > 100%... Interestingly/Annoyingly, if you edit a manually played legato track in grid edit, the note duration shows as 't' so it knows that the note is tied, but if you edit it, there 't' option disappears. V. Annoying. It don't think this facility would affect any other functionality. Just my humble opinion...
