Yeah, I think all the ROMs I have are like that too, makes the metronome 
unusable for me in most cases.  No matter how hard I try and get used to 
it, I end up playing everything 1/4 measure off :)

Only problem is that the metronome on the Drums ROM is crap compared to 
the
mophatt metronome - also it's 'upside down' (low click on first beat of 
bar,
high click on other beats). The mophatt metronome was the right way up!
