Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Finally, success!

I had an old (as in 1998, pre-USB) and forgotten Powerbook G3 sitting
in the back of a closet with OS9 on it. I even had the modem<=>midi
box with it. Better still, it had eloader installed already - I once
owned a Vintage Pro. Minutes later I had my XL7 upgraded to v2.00.
That is the latest (and presumably last) version, right?

I finally spent a couple of hours playing with my new XL7. Wow this is
easy to work with. Toggle record and playback, switch tracks, change
presets, enable/disable quantization, all without stopping the
sequencer or missing a beat. What a luxury!
