Except that the PCB traces from the soft power button run VERY closely along the volume pot meter. Thought they might be touching, this wasn't the case. I followed the instructions from this forum regarding the headphone humm, and additionaly removed/scraped some paint away from where you fasten the small headphone PCB to the front pannel, as it seems they share a common earth. Also adding some metal washers between the PCB and the front pannel, to ensure that the ground of the headphone, BNC lamp and volume knob where all connected with each other. Tightened it all up, put the unit back to gether and it seems to have worked! I'm really happy, don't want this unit to turn off in the middle of a live set and this seems to be solved! Guess its time to start reading the manual..blergh.. Though got some basic pattern going yesterday. LOVE the sound. It blows my RM1X away sound-wise (it's a replacement for my RM1X, so I can only compare it to that..) Thanks everybody for pointing me in the right direction!! @m0n0lgic: Ja, hij was van VL1 en ben er ZEKER blij mee!!. Leuk om hier ook weer een synthforum'er tegen te komen...we zitten overal :-)
