It turns out that I didn't have it.  It looks like it has something 
to do with Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. I just installed that 
yesterday.  Its gonna take along time for the service pack to 
download on my 56K.  I'll let you know if it helps as soon as I can.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
