Re: [xl7] Re: How to save your presets banks in your command station as a sysex file????

2007-04-07 by Mauricio Balma

thanks a lot Aaron and Steve. I wonder if there are some sequencers that can receive those MIDI dumps throught the USB connection, since I don`t have the MIDI interface from my command station to my computer.

I have 2 command stations, I can save my presets from one to another one, but I have so much user presets, that I need to save them all.

thanks again.

If you ever want to embed sysex commands into a pattern for playback,
the details of how to do it (with some samples) are in the Files
section. It uses the same basic technique Aaron describes here, only
 with short sysex commands.

will do), save as an SMF file, then use E-Loader to upload that file
back to your Command Station. You can then play that pattern anytime
you'd like to set up your patches.
