I think this is what the problem is,im sure others here will know. I think its an issue with SP2. I think it works with SP1. If i recall SP2 broke a lot of music software in other areas at the time. I thought i had my XL7 working with my laptop with XP/SP2 though. l'll have a look over the weekend. Not sure what would happen if you made XP use the drivers, guess it would flag an error and still not work. Does the software actually run ok? If you search back through the achives theres loads on the subject.
