I also have the exact same problem. Always the bottom C pad that triggers.  The problem comes and goes.  The notes trigger randomly at various velocities and also output MIDI as if the pad has been pressed. Factory reset and o/s re-install doesn't fix the problem. Turning local off does fix the problem but then its just a sound module!

Is your problem intermittent or is it happening all the time? I read an old post on here that describes the same problem but it seemed to get progressively worse the longer the unit was on.
