The E6400 Ultra can import Akai S1000/S3000, Roland S-7xx, Ensoniq ASR-10 banks and E-MU legacy sampler's banks, presets and samples via SCSI - CD-ROM or Harddrives. The E6400 Ultra can load its native banks (E4) via SCSI or floppy. The E6400 can import and export wav and AIFF files to/from a FAT 32 formatted hardrive. The E6400 supports SMIDI, which allows you send files from Soundforge, Peak or Recyle via SCSI into it. Lastly, we are plan on releasing a USB slave card which will connect up to our new software Emulator sampler. This will allow you transfer files back and forth as well. What other way do you want to get samples into the E6400 Ultra? sean at e-mu
