Quick question.. I have an E5000 as well as an MP 7. Is there any possible way that Emu would allow sample editing while the sequencer is running? Currenty.. editing a sample disables all presets. Even when using the E5000 as a sound module!! Strange because this is a MAJOR flaw that prevents these samplers from being far beyond the rest. for example, you are running 10 tracks/presets.. you sample a drum, you must make a decision whether you would like to tweak the drum or listen to the sequence. Geez my old asr 10 can do this. Does Emu know how many people will not buy these samplers from this alone? I wouldnt have bought it. Despite it being the best sampler regarding everything else. C'mon Emu.. R Also the 'repeat' function on the MP 7 should allow you to 'repeat' without being in record mode. --- Thomas Sepp <thomas.sepp@...> wrote: > Hi Sean, > > I just wanted to ask you at EMU sth. regarding the > planned USB-Card: > Please include support for older samplers such as > E-Synth Rack etc. in order that > they can benefit from this new feature (if possible > anyway). > I am very glad with my E-Synth and don't want to > replace it (don't have > the money again, too). > > > > xl7@yahoogroups.com schrieb am 10.10.02 19:23:09: > > I was hoping to load a bunch of loops onto a CDr > and load them that way. > > > > But if I hear you right, I could put the E6400 > internal HD into my > > computer, format it as FAT32, then copy my samples > onto it.
