Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

In short what I hear in the phones don't match what comes off the 
mains.

This is how I have it set up.  I have the mains going out into my 
mixer.  Off sub 1 I am running a send return loop to a reverb rack.  
And I am using sub3 as a return from my E5000.  

when i plug into the phones all is good.  when I plug into the mixer 
All the sounds off the E5000 are in mono and are too quite in the mix.

I just don't get it.  I guess I can just go off the phones out but 
that just seems stupid.  Also It would be best to have the phones for 
a moniter in a club.

Anyone have any idea of what is going on?
