Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I don't want my song to be stuck on a 1 bar loop while I reprogram a drum 
part in grid mode. I'd like to be able to move between measures 
indipendently by the song reproduction point. like the Korg Electribes 
sequencer, for example, that covers this function perfectly.

with the MP7 gate time limit to 100% (so a 16th as maximum lenght) a crash 
hit (naturally spanning a couple of beats) becomes just  a "tch-"... does 
it make sense? :)
