Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

would like to help but a little more details would be cool 

1) what happens when you put the xl as slave. Does it run slower or 
not at all. Can you see a tempo setting when you run it as slave ?
2) when you put it as slave what are you using to send midi clock 

as far as the emu web site is concerned they are not taking off the 
statement that usb drivers are still giving problems. It could be 
that their web admin is a little slack but who is to say.

when you try and update your os do you get an error. What are the 
steps taht you take before trying to update your os. 

if you go to the FAQ in the file section there is a step by step 
guide under general on how to do this 

when you use the eloader to see the bank what happens when you right 
click on it ( the auctual bank name )?
