Patch Librarian?

Does anyone know another patch librarian/editor other than Sound 
Diver or MidiOX.  i couldn't get either one to work.  Sound Diver 
gives me error messages each time i send sysex data, and midiox 
disables my midi ports.  thanks for any replies...
