RE: [xl7] Re: Live Tips

2003-06-09 by Stu

I think the one to look out for at the moment is bugbear 'b' which can spoof
the sender's email address using email addresses it finds on an infected
PC... so those emails could have come from anyone with emails from realm on
their pc... which is everyone on this list for a start!!

Regards,

Stu

Yeah, had a few people say my email is sending virus's, strange as our
work firewall usually catches them Done countless scans on my PC this AM
after finding out I was supposedly infected, but nothing was found.

This is why my music PC will never be connected to the internet :)

rEalm seems to be suffering from a computer virus himself at the moment,
  let's
hope he gets it all sorted out soon and without losing anything.
