would help (depending on the computer OS):

Alternatively, you could contact MidiOX & ESI/EGO-SY support about this
issue. Or search the Cubase forums at http://www.cubase.net

You did not mention if E-Loader was okay BTW. As far as librarian goes,
this is the only one available that supports the Command Stations line
(AFAIK).
