Yes, since presets are not fully compatible between the EOS and the Proteus. Once you have the basic working "instruments" generated by the sampler, it seems you still have to re-program the patches on the Proteus to make proper use of the filters, modulations and so on... If you're after complex sounds that is. :) EOS generated Proteus instruments would be okay for custom drumkits I suppose. Sorry about the lousy english.
