Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I'm considering the purchase of one of the XX-7's.  I have been reading 
FAQ's/ Manuals and archives of this group but have not found any info 
re: which--if any--front panel commands for XX-7 are available via 
MIDI.

I know that patch changes and notes can be received for sequencing or 
playing an arpegiator.  But what I'm after is:  Can Triggers be fired-
off via MIDI note/cc/pc.  My primary objective is to be able to 
dynamically change performance playback parameters live--in real time 
via MIDI (a Behringer FCB-1010 to be exact).  I read of a "faux RPS 
function" that appeals to me.

I'm a guitar player--so my hands will be occupied--hence my inquirey.

PS.  IMO--This group is as significant a "feature" of this machine as 
the ones EMU built into it....
