HI I have a ROM that supposed to be from an XL1 but doesn t show up when installed in my PX7. the markings are: WO#E41431 AP530-01 EXCELSIOR Can anyone help

I don t have an MPC but I ve used one a bunch. For you, I d recommend slaving the MPC to the XL-7 via MIDI clock. This would actually be a pretty good combo
