None of the OSes took away user presets. In the olden days, there used to be 127 multisetups instead of 63. Download 2.26, you ll be fine. -Aaron

I use Plex once in awhile (it IS a softsynth BTW), it s a pretty cool sound module, but if it was all I was going to buy, I think I d look at other options

The most obvious thing to check is the ROM orientation. Look at the factory ROM and check the notch position. The notch on the new ROM should be in the same
