Mixing Presets

Mixing Presets

2004-05-10 by donkeyrain2000

Hey, I just bought this box and wanted to play around with different presets
while I figure this thing out and was wondering if it's possible to mix the
different presets from the various patterns?

Yes !
You have to go for the XMix option (press TAP+PLAY).
This is a new feature in the 2.0 OS.
When booting the Command Station you will see which OS you've got installed.
If it is below 2.0 you first have to update your CS before you can use this
feature.
You can update via the ELoader program found on the CD shipped with your
Command Station.
The XMix feature is explained in the new manuals page 128 ("Rev. G" is the
newest and you can find it in this user group somewhere)
(I wonder why www.emu.com has still got an older version of the manual on
their page ...)
