Command station -> Proteus synth engine EDITOR??

Command station -> Proteus synth engine EDITOR??

2004-05-10 by steven_volckaert

Hi folks,

I was wondering if there is a sort of PC editor for the Proteus
engine. Because programming my MP-7 takes a bit long, since I'm still
a beginner. The Proteus engine is pretty damn complex and I'm looking
for a easier way to program patches from scratch (start with a
waveform, adding modulations via patchcords etc. etc.)

Something like Ak.Sys, but less complicated of course. Or something
like the editor for the Roland MC-505?

Thanks.

You can try http://www.saxonite.com/proteum/proteum.stm
or http://www.ikhor.com/delve.htm when it's compatible.

Thanks very much, that program looks very cool.

Why pay when it's possible for free? I think I'm going to try the
delve program.

Again, thanks.

YO,
What's Up with an OSX editor for the XL-7. Is it
rocket science to the programmers or what? It really
throws me how long I have been waiting on an editor
for the XL-7. When I bought this piece over a year
ago, I just knew all kinds of perks would be made for
it, but I was wrong. I really need an editor that
works along with protools.

I tried proteum, and it appears to work ok. I seem to have a major
problem though. The volume is stuck at zero and none of the sliders
move or are editable. Is this crippleware, or is there somthing up?

Anyone?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
