Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I'm gonna start recording tracks from my XL-7, and I wanted to get any
tips from other Command Station owners to see how they prefer to track
from the unit.

I've got a really nice SPDIF cable on it's way, btw. I've not used
spdif on this unit yet, so I'm unfamiliar with it's quirks (if there
are any.)

I'm particularly interested to hear from anyone transferring tracks to
Ableton Live (or to any DAW basically) and what your methods are.
