New member with simple question!

2005-07-30 by zerolatencyproductions

Dudes, I'm glad I finally found a place where I can get helpful tips
making electronic music using the same equipment I do. I gotta say I
love the sounds and power of the XL-7. It does have its draw backs
when it comes to editing some things. Which brings me to my first
question. How do I get a pattern or song from my command station to
Cakewalk HS? I want it to automaticly set-up the tracks and load the
MIDI information to be edited by paino roll and stuff like that. Then
I'll want to send it back to the command station. I've got E-loader
and the latest OS. Thanks for the Help!

Hello, I pretty much answered my question as soon as I posted it.
Everything popped up fine when I used E-Loader to transfer the
pattern. I saved it and then opened the file in Cakewalk HS.
Everything appeared as it should have.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
