Make sure you go to the Global Menu, and the then go to the screen that 
lets you assign the effects bus for each track.  You want to set any track 
you want to go out of the Sub 1 output to be on effects bus 2, and any 
track you want to go out the Sub 2 output to effects bus 3.  See the FAQ 
for more detailed instructions.

Are you using a mixer?

If so just plug the patch cables in and run em to your mixer.  then 
go into the global menue and select the tracks that you want to go 
to sub 1 or two via the Mix Output page.

That should do it.

also how and if so do the sub outs work as seperate out puts for this machine?
