Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

is it possible to load my own samples onto the mp-7 with the e-loader 
software?

Hello , I'd like to know if Emu has released an Ultra soft emulation
or a pc-card which will allow us to do our own rom sounds (to put in
the Xl7 ) avoiding the cost (and the weight !)of an Ultra sampler ..I
didn't see anything precise about it on the web site and I would have
liked to get rid of my akai S2000 (if I'm sure it will be replaced)
before it gets too late ! Thanks.

Emu did announce a new softsampler in the works at Winter NAMM, whether or 
not it will allow us to burn roms without a hardware sampler....

...you'll just have to ask Emu about that :)

If this is technically possible I would like to have the possobility 
to insert an empty rom in the XX-7 and transmitting the samples by 
the USB port, and burning them into the rom this way.

I don't know if this is possible, but it would be a *really* cool 
feature. If (but only if) this feature will be implented, I will buy 
one or perhaps two empty sound roms.
