sam @ syntaur.com has a full replacement kit, very nice encoders, detented but much smoother and quieter than the originals. they feel great. Kit also comes with a set of debounce capacitors. -omar --- sent from iPhone On Dec 1, 2012, at 9:09 AM, "Stefano" <steeve_sos@...> wrote: > Hi! I'm still looking for an encoder replacement. I'm surfing on the mouser website (http://www.mouser.com/) and there are a lot of mechanical incremental encoder. Instead of the ALPS, that doesn't offer a real 1:1 replacement, I've found a Bourns model: PEC11-4220K-N0024. It's a 24 pulses/24 detents, 20mm shaft lenght, knurled profile, no switch, metal shell.....in other words these encoders are REALLY IDENTICAL to the original ones!
