Xpantastic!

Hi all...

So I was given a very beat up Matrix 12 recently.  I thought it had
power supply issues because the fuse appeared to be fine.  For the
heck of it I bought a new one and sure enough...the old bird powered
right up.

So here is where I'm at...

The self-tuning feature shows that all tuning is failing.  

The keyboard has some stuck notes.  

The infinite rotary dials can be spotty.  

The displays are dim in some areas, though thankfully I can still see
all data.

Oh...and the clear plastic sheet over the graphics has gone cloudy
(unless wet) and the paint is worn down to bare aluminum above the
keyboard in some places...

I am thankful in advance of anyone able to offer some advice/assist in
bringing this awesome bird back to full health points.

Also...I read on one site that the keyboards on these are similar to
both the Kawai K3 and Akai AX80...is that true and can they be weighted?
