I would say there is a high possibility that 1.6 is the same as 1.4..as the matrix had 1.6 and obviously they use the same voice boards... what I would do if I had both files would be to look at the data between 1.6 and 1.4 and see if the checksums are the same. If they are then they are identical..if not it would be interesting to find out the differences.
