I don't remember what the B indicates, but the trailing P indicates Plastic packaging ( I think)

I'm not 100% sure about that. Better refer to a hardware person who is more up to date.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Digikey also sells electronic parts- like CPUs. Check their prices & specs.

The voice chips, the dac. All that are nearly impossible to find and are expensive.
