To Matrix-12 owners

Hi, I found a Matrix-12 Owner's manual recently (First Edition - September 1986). On page 21 of this manual, there is a reference to a manual called the "Matrix-12 Owner's Manual Supplement". The quote: " there are a total of 59 Primary pages and related Sub-Pages lurking within the Matrix-12. As a learnig aid, we have listed every one of the 59 Pages' displays in the Matrix-12 Pages Directory". Since I cannot find that manual anywhere, my question is: Does this manual exist? There is another manual called the "Preliminary Guide"? What is it? Is it the same as the Manual Supplement? I know, it's been a long time since these books were published.
