If you wanted to swap out the whole card, then yes, you'd have to change
a few resistors.  But no sane person would do that.  You would just use
the spare card as a source of parts to replace bad ones.  I don't even
want to think about moving all the wires from one board to another.  It
would have been nice if they had used connectors like the old Oberheim
stuff, but that could have lead to a lot of cleaning of corroded connectors.
