Eight-voice polyphony altogether? Or 8 per each kb manual (plus the mono top)? I am trying to decide which would be the most expensive (on a price- per-voice basis) synth in history, analog or digital. I do recall some top-of-the-line Synclavier systems going for $250K, but don't remember their polyphony (40 voices??). Michael Jackson had 2 on one of his tours.
