Just look at Crow's www.cs80.com, especially "CS80 Adjustment Proceedure". The link "From the Inside" shows how to open it up. If you're just doing the basic tuning, all you need do it lift the panel, lift the card cage, and hook up a tuner to one of the audio outputs. All the M-card trimmers are accessible from the front edge of the boards. As far as knowing which voice is active, I build a little LED board, which I talked about a few months ago. Pictures and schematic are in Photos->CS80 Renovation->Lights. It made the tuning a snap. By the way, I will probably be selling my little LED board very soon. If you're interested, make me a reasonable offer. David
