I dont think anyone has said it yet cause its kinda
obvious.. however.. its a good plan to turn off the
system before you attempt swapping modules around.. 

also. take measures to make sure to reduce static
while handling the boards... not dragging your socked
feet along the carpet while holding the module would
be one thing you can do for instance... anti static
wrist strap is another..might seem a little over the
top but certainly can't hurt unless you get tangled in
it..
