I have question regarding my own system plans.

If I get a 12 or 18 cabinet intending to fill it over time, are the
mentioned 3 modules user installable? 

In other words, say I purchase a partially filled  cabinet,  would  I
need to ship it back  to get  certain modules installed at a later date ?
