Hello, when storing text files to my SD card, then looking at them in the file manager, each file "..." next to the file name. Is there a way to not show the "..." ? Brad

Know your question well and quick suggestion to
try.
Bring up all the files from the SD card and place
them on
on the stack(in the proper order) try <
DEPTH ->LIST >
then name and store the new list. reopen
the new file
and < edit> ; the use DEL
remembering the parends are
entered automatically in pairs , thus you
will be using
DEL ......DEL restore the altered
list . This is really the
manual manual technique. How do you do
it? Get to your
desktop top and then most editors have CHANGE /
REPLACE
KEYS. Your question is so simple much like
how do I get rid
of the rabbit ears on my TV. Such pain Such

If so, the built in filer doesn't show long file names (long story. . .) and the only way to see them is to use a specialized filer like this one here: http://www.hpcalc.org/details.php?id=6524 (which incidentally enough happens to be something else I worked on ;-) I am not sure if that is the most recent. This one probably is: http://timandkatie.com/calc/SDfiler.zip If that isn't what you are referring to, please reword as I can't really understand the question. TW

Hi Tim,
If you use the original File Manager, directly to the left of the
filename is a little "icon" that depicts what type of file it is:
PROG looks like a hotdog, LBDAT looks something like a resistor, LIST
is { }, DIR actually looks like a little file folder, STRING is
"...", etc.
These little "icons" do not display on my computer, nor are they
displayed on SDFiler (which works great, thank you very much).
