...if you are not in absolute need of the TPU (assuming this is what 
brought you to the '332 in the first place), you should have a look 
at a different family of Motorola processors/controllers: the 
ColdFire. There are devices with DRAM (MCF5206e) and SDRAM interface 
(MCF5307,5407,5272,5282,...). And if you are familiar with 68K you'll 
find the ColdFire very easy.
