No need for a book. Read the AVR Studio documentation for JTAGICE or
Dragon. Read about how to start debugging in AVR Studio, setting break
points and watches etc. There are other methods to do the same thing but
AVR Studio is a good place to start. Read more about JTAG and DW
capabilities in the datasheet of a capable device.
