Hi Mike,
 
That is obviously a very poor response you got from Nila. I have been
dealing with her personally for about 2 years now. I never use the online
ordering but instead send direct to her my order and it always works out a
better price this way.
 
I am also very surprised by the attitude she gave you in respect to the free
offer. She don't need to request you to post a link as I am sure that once
you had used the service I am sure you would have quite happily posted on a
forum somewhere just because you felt it was a good service.
 
If you don't mind, I would like to complain to her about how she approached
you seeing as it was myself who recommended them. They need to rethink their
customer service in this situation.
