AVR-Chat

Adaptor made.  Crimped a 10 pin hdr onto the 6 pin AVRISP-II cable to get going.  Have to make 4 more.
More on 6 pin headers for new boards later.

  The AVRISP (mk I) that I have came with two cables: you'd snap it apart, 
  then choose the 6-pin or 10-pin cable.

  Didn't the mk II come with these?

  Alternatively, it would be simple to make an adapter cable. They're the 
  same signals, after all...
