I wish I could avoid it, but it's going to be necessary.
At the moment, I have it ok up to the point of erasing a block, then
it just seems to fall off the edge of the world.

I have bit-toggle diagnostics that are telling me that I am initiating
the erase, but then getting to $0000 and running the app, without
progressing further through the bootloader, like the part that checks
for the erase to complete.

Very frustrating.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
