Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

hi
same for me!
i tried to update the vf1  had a checksum error turned the unit back on but the screen is empty!cant access any menu

can someone help?
i called the hot line,they couldnt do anything,told me to bring to the repair shop,i called the guy who told me to reload the programm which i did but doesnt work
