Ok I did find the master settings it is one of those things that I was somehow over looking. Now my issue is that I cannot get it to act in a predictable way. It just keeps turning the algorithm block on and off even though I have set it for pitchshifter - pitch. Again, I am feeding it with a hot audio signal so I expect it to be erratic, but not unpredictable.
