Hi Eric, I beleive you could run different effects on different channels but only in a very few patches, and your effect choices would be quite limited. Basically, you could do such a thing if you had two effects wich can both be panned completely to the left and right at set your effect levels independantly. You won't find many patches that can do this. Don't expect to have flange on left and chorus on right for guitar patches.
